Say slowly for an hurried thing. Say clearly for an important thing. Say humorly for an normal thing.

Say modestlyly for an un-confidence thing. Say no tosh for an un-happened thing.

Say nothing for a thing that can not be done . Do not say what ,that will hurt others.

.Say only the thingself for an annoying thing. Say in suitable place for a pleasure thing.

Say to proper people for a grieved thing. Say carefuly for an otherpeople thing.

Say considerly for a self thing. Say after the thing has be done for a present thing

Say later for a future thing. .Say directelyly for a critical thing of mine.

急事慢说,大事清楚说,小事幽默说,没把握事谨慎说 ,没发生事不胡说,做不到,不乱说.

伤人事不能说,讨厌事对事说,开心事看场合说,伤心事挑人说,别人事小心说,自己事想好说.

I think all of the benefits are impermanented, the most improtant for a person is to be living calmly and verily.

on the once's way of life, everybody has a dream, that is he will get what he wanted, and be a great man than the common people do, but the result is usually not. The reason is for yourself.

The what need to do is hard do what you do better and better. this is most important . Stars of movie and sport ,are not the aim of one's life.
